Solvent recycling bags

Using a bag inside the solvent distiller keeps the tank clean. A clean tank ensures maximum operating efficiency
and a stable, high-quality distilled solvent. Distillation residue collects inside the bag, allowing for easy and safe
waste removal.

Solvent distillation units use bags made of chemical- and heat-resistant polyamide 6 or polyamide 6.6. When using distillation (solvent recycling, solvent recovery) bags, it is essential to ensure that the chosen size fits your device. The distiller bag can always have a larger diameter and be longer than the desired size, but not smaller.

In our product range, we offer bags in the following sizes:

• 400mm x 550mm x 60μ - suitable for distillators with a capacity of 10 - 15 liters
  (maximum diameter of the tank 250mm). Item nr: “SOLVRECBAG 400”
• 450mm x 550mm x 60μ - suitable for distillators with a capacity of 12 - 20 liters 
  (maximum diameter of the tank 280mm). Item nr: “SOLVRECBAG 450”
• 540mm x 650mm x 60μ - suitable for distillators with a capacity of 20 – 30 liters 
  (maximum diameter of the tank 340mm). Item nr: “SOLVRECBAG 540”
• 660mm x 850mm x 60μ - suitable for distillators with a capacity of up to 40 – 60 liters 
  (maximum diameter of the tank 410mm). Item nr: “SOLVRECBAG 660”
• 840mm x 1400mm x 60μ - suitable for distillators with a capacity of up to 120 – 150 liters 
  (maximum diameter of the tank 530mm). Item nr: “SOLVRECBAG 840”
• 960mm x 1250mm x 60μ – suitable for distillators with a capacity of up to 200 liters 
  (maximum diameter of the tank 600mm). Item nr: “SOLVRECBAG 960”

*Before placing an order, always measure the diameter of your solvent recycler and do not rely solely on this chart, as tank diameters may vary depending on the production date.

Models equipped with internal tank scrapers, like the OFRU ASC-100, cannot use distillation bags

It is generally acceptable to use a slightly larger bag inside the distiller, but not a smaller one (A smaller bag does not fit in the tank).
